RULES: Heinrich Company's 'Unlimited Possibilities' Photo Contest.
1. The winner of the contest will receive a Bose Wave Radio III in graphite gray. The runner up will receive a Bose AE2 Around-Ear Headphone Set in black. Both winners will have their photos and edited text description featured on our website: www.heinrichco.com. 2. Photos and entries may only be submitted via email to: contest@heinrichco.com. Image(s) must be in a JPG or PNG format. A submission cannot exceed 10MB in total size. Incomplete submissions will be discarded and disqualified. The deadline for entry is midnight, central time zone, October 1, 2013. 3. The winning entry, and runner up, will be chosen by Heinrich Company. 4. Photos must feature the use of a Heinrich Company product. 5. There is no limit to the number of entries a person can submit. 6. By submitting an entry you are acknowledging the consent of those that may own the Heinrich product and any other content in the photo(s). 7. By submitting an entry you are acknowledging the consent of those whose faces may be visible in the image. 8. The winner and runner up will be contacted by email or phone call. 9. By entering the contest you grant Heinrich Company and its authorized marketing partners the rights to edit and/or publish your entry in offline and online marketing materials in perpetuity without any fee or other form of compensation or permission. 10. By entering the contest you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heinrich Company from any issues, losses, or actions emanating from or in relation to the contest.
