(7-1) A 6-SV with fixturing, set-up under a drill. The open position, no part installed. This fixture can handle two different sized parts.


(7-2) The same unit as above, a side view. Notice the support that straddles the guide bars. The notched plate, right under the reamer, can be moved to the left side for the other sized part.


(7-3) A top view of the same unit. Coolant and drill press turned on. Return to top


(7-4) Part loaded and jaw closed.


(7-5) Jaw being opened for part removal. The notched plate holds the part from falling while the jaw is open.
