A 9-FL with fixturing. The piece on the end of the center bar is used
to register the part and hold it squarely when the fixture is closed.
The last 1" of the 9-FL, 9-PA, 2-FL, and 2-PA center bar is left soft.
This allows for end attachments or machining. The rest of the center
bar is hardened. The center bar is free to rotate.
